Shepherd's pie

Sautee 1 sm onion and 3 stalks celery in (cocoanut) oil until soft. Add 1 lb ground beef and 1 t season salt and 2 t garam marsala. When meat is browned add 3 c cooked green beans, and 1 T orange juice. Add 1 can golden mushroom soup. If juicy (likely) add 1/3 c instant mash potatos and 2 T tapioca starch (can probably use corn starch). Make up a batch of instant mashed potatos (I used 4 servings but should have used 6). Place meat mixture in a large baking pan. Top with mashed potatos. Sprinkle generously with Italian season panko bread crumbs and paprika. Bake 375 for about 20 min.

This did not make enough to go in the freezer. So I will have to make it again. This should serve 6-8.
