Scalloped potatos with hot dogs and broccoli

Here is another meal in the freezer....

The recipe may not be totally accurate, I had to make a 2nd batch of sauce. It should be close though.

Melt 6 T butter in a large sauce pan. Sautee 3 stalks chopped celery, 1 small chopped onion, and 1 T minced garlic.

While sauteeing, slice around 8 potatos and 6 hot dogs.

Grease large baking pan.

Back to saucepan...remove from heat
add 6 T flour mix until nicely mixrd and pasty. place back on heat
add 1 can evaporated milk, slowly mixing well between additions.
add 1/2 carton vegitable broth.
stir and heat over medium high until thickened and bubbly
add 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper

Layer 1/2 potato slices, 1/2 hot dogs, 1 cup shreaded mozzerella cheese, and 1/2 sauce, rest of potatos, rest of hot dogs, 1 cup shreaded mozzerella cheese, 1 package frozen broccoli florettes, rest of sauce.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for around 40 minutes.
