Yesterday was crazy. But we did it all. I wonder what today holds?
Horsepower came and treated Goldie, Snickers, and Alice. Alice does have issues in her back, hock and lf front fetlock but is fine for daily life. Not sound for riding. Snickers should be better about cantering now. Goldie was very appreciative and trusting. Sherri was amazed at how far she has come. Got chores done somehow and the first of our company for the day arrived. A lady from Miami brought Linda from the Miami pound. Had a nice visit with her. And she liked my orange pie. Recipe later. As she was leaving, the next arrived. They had come to take Jake to Kentucky. They are very good dog handlers and Jake will have a good trip. As they left...here comes the lady from Orlando. She brought Mojo and Stitch. From the Orlando pound. She will be back with a couple others today, then we will be full until some find homes. I had a couple minutes to breathe and it was time for riding. We got Saddig out and Hannah lead him around the riding ring. Then we rode in the dressage lesson with Christy. The riders helped me finish horses, walk the new dogs, and finish chores. Thanks to them, I was able to finish by 9. Dinner was good but no recipies from it.
