This was a quick dinner I served with rice. Found the recipe on the internet and modified it to fit my kitchen..
1 lb ground beef.
3 stalks chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion
3 chopped carrots
1 cup pineapple juice
1 T Minced garlic
1 t. dry ginger
1 T worchester sauce
1 c. catchup
as much frozen spinach as will fit in the skillet
Sautee beef, celery, onion, carrots. May need to add a bit of oil until the meat starts to cook. Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer until carrots are softened. About 15 minutes for me.
