I guess this is becomming a mainstay in my kitchen. But I used up the ricotta so can't make it again this month.
Sautee 1 lb mushrooms in olive oil and butter with salt, garlic and nutmeg
Boil 1 lb green beans, then add orange juice and butter
Boil 1 lb ziti
Mix 1 carton ricotta cheese, 2 small eggs, 1/2 cup yougert, 1/3 c sour creme 1/2 c parmesean cheese and 1./4 c parsley
Combine all together with 1 jar marinea sauce and 1/2 pound grated cheese.
Bake about 20 min.
